Dr. Adedokun Ogunfolu is the Head, Department of Business Law, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He teaches tax law, law of business associations and intellectual property law. His research interests and publications span socio-economic rights and accountability, international economic law, corporate governance and international criminal law.
